My Digital Filing (mydigitalfiling.in) is run by MDF Consultancy Services, a proprietorship firm based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. We have offered online tax and compliance services to clients across India since 2020.
Is My Digital Filing a government website?
No. mydigitalfiling.in is a private professional services website. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with GSTN, the Income Tax Department or the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. We prepare and file applications and returns on your behalf on the official portals.
Do I need to visit your office?
No. Everything is done online — you share documents on WhatsApp or email and we keep you updated by call, WhatsApp and email. Clients in Agra are welcome to visit our office by appointment.
Who prepares and checks my filing?
Every application or return is prepared by our expert team and reviewed by experienced CAs before it is filed.
How are your fees charged?
Every price on our website is our professional fee, shown as ₹X + GST. Where a government or department fee applies, it is charged separately at actuals, and we confirm the full amount before you pay.
What if I am not satisfied with your service?
If we are unable to complete your work, or you are not satisfied with our service, we refund our professional fee in full. Only government fees already paid on your behalf are deducted. Refund requests can be raised within 30 days of payment, as per our refund policy.
*We file your GST application within 1 working day of receiving complete documents; the GSTIN itself is granted by the GST department (Rule 14A, where eligible).
