mydigitalfiling.in is operated by MDF Consultancy Services, Agra. We stand behind every service we deliver with a simple money-back guarantee.
Our Money-Back Guarantee
If we are unable to complete the service you paid for, or you are not satisfied with our service, we will refund 100% of our professional fee. The only amount deducted is the government fees (such as filing fees, stamp duty and other statutory charges) that we have already paid on your behalf to a government department or portal, because these amounts cannot be recovered from the government.
- Professional fee: refunded in full.
- Government fees already paid on your behalf: deducted from the refund, with receipts/challans shared with you.
- Government fees not yet paid: refunded in full.
- There is no cancellation fee.
How to Request a Refund
Write to us at info@mydigitalfiling.in or WhatsApp us at +91 93688 09750 with your name, registered mobile number, the service purchased and the reason for the refund. Please raise the request within 30 days of payment.
Before processing a refund, we may contact you once to try and resolve the issue or complete the service. If you still want a refund, we will process it.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method (or to the bank account you share with us) within 4 to 5 weeks of receiving all the information needed to process the refund.
Change of Service
If you would like to switch to a different service instead of a refund, the amount paid can be adjusted against the new service.
